You can configure a printer set for each individual user. Go to Security > Users, select a user and click Edit. Select the desired printer set under User Defaults > Default Printer Set.
To create a new printer set, go to Reporting > Printer Sets and click Add. Choose a code for the printer set and link one or more printers to the printer set via Add Printer.
